The ingredient of Sweet chilli chicken noodles

  1. 200g fresh hokkien noodles
  2. 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  3. 100g chicken mince
  4. 1 garlic clove, crushed
  5. 1 cup frozen mixed Asian vegetables
  6. 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

The instruction how to make Sweet chilli chicken noodles

  1. Place noodles in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 1 to 2 minutes or until tender. Using a fork, separate noodles. Drain.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add mince and garlic. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a bowl. Add vegetables to wok. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until just tender.
  3. Add mince mixture, noodles, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Serve.
