The ingredient of Chicken and avocado wraps

  1. 1 avocado, mashed
  2. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  3. 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  4. 4 rye or multigrain wraps
  5. 250g shredded barbecued chicken
  6. 1/2 cup fresh mint or basil leaves
  7. 1 large carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
  8. 1 small red capsicum, deseeded, thinly sliced
  9. 50g mixed salad leaves
  10. 70g (1/4 cup) hummus

The instruction how to make Chicken and avocado wraps

  1. Combine the avocado, cumin and lemon juice in a bowl. Season well. Spread down the centre of each wrap.
  2. Top with chicken, mint or basil leaves, carrot, capsicum, salad leaves and hummus. Roll up to serve.
