The ingredient of Chicken, spinach and chickpea salad

  1. 1 barbecued chicken, meat shredded
  2. 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
  3. 300g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  4. 1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves, roughly chopped
  5. 100g feta cheese, crumbled
  6. 1/3 cup olive oil
  7. 1 lemon, juiced
  8. 200g baby spinach
  9. crusty bread, to serve
