- 1 iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
- 3 smoked chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
- 2 Calypso mangoes, peeled, cut into thin wedges

- Combine the lettuce, chicken, mango, onion and mint in a large bowl.
- Combine the yoghurt, coriander, chilli sauce and lime juice.
- Divide the salad among serving bowls. Drizzle with a little dressing and scatter over extra coriander leaves. Serve immediately with extra dressing on the side.
