  1. 1 iceberg lettuce, finely shredded
  2. 3 smoked chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
  3. 2 Calypso mangoes, peeled, cut into thin wedges
  4. 1 red onion, cut into thin wedges
  5. 1 bunch fresh mint, leaves torn or shredded
  6. 1/2 cup (130g) natural yoghurt
  7. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander, plus extra to serve
  8. 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  9. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  1. Combine the lettuce, chicken, mango, onion and mint in a large bowl.
  2. Combine the yoghurt, coriander, chilli sauce and lime juice.
  3. Divide the salad among serving bowls. Drizzle with a little dressing and scatter over extra coriander leaves. Serve immediately with extra dressing on the side.
